- Taiwan Rice

- Soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Butter (Optional)
- Cook Taiwan rice until done, then while hot, mix in butter, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Fry the egg until half-cooked and place it on top of the rice, then sprinkle some black pepper for seasoning as desired.
