Tuna Rice ball

INGREDIENTS

  1. Taiwan Rice: 1 cup (cooked and prepared)
  2. Canned Tuna: 1 can (can be oil-packed or water-packed)
  3. Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
  4. Salt: a pinch
  5. Nori (seaweed): 1-2 sheets (optional)
  6. Chopped Green Onions: to taste (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • Drain the canned tuna and mix it with mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
    • If desired, you can also add chopped green onions for extra flavor.
  2. Shape the Rice Balls:
    • With wet hands, take a portion of the cooked Taiwan rice and press it flat in your palm.
    • Place the tuna filling in the center of the rice, then wrap the rice around the filling and shape it into a ball.
    • If using nori, you can wrap the rice ball with a piece of nori for added flavor.
  3. Enjoy:
    • Serve immediately, optionally with soy sauce or any other preferred condiments!
