INGREDIENTS 🥕
- Rice
- Egg
- Kimchi
- Korean Sesame Oil
- Vegetables: Carrots, Spinach, Bean Sprouts, Mushrooms
- Spicy Sauce Ingredients: Onion, Ground Beef, Korean Chili Paste (Gochujang), Sugar, Garlic, White Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS ✅
- Boil the bean sprouts in boiling water for about one minute, then cover the pot and turn off the heat.
- In a pan, heat some oil and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and stir-fry until softened, then mix in Korean sesame oil and set aside.
(Repeat the same process for the carrots and shiitake mushrooms.)
- Spicy Meat Sauce: In a pan, stir-fry onion and garlic, then add ground beef, white pepper, sugar, Korean chili paste (Gochujang), and sesame oil. Stir-fry until well mixed and cooked through.
- Fry the egg to your desired doneness and set aside.
- Place a layer of rice at the bottom of a bowl. Arrange the prepared ingredients on top of the rice, add the spicy meat sauce and kimchi, and finally place the fried egg on top. Enjoy!
