Imagine a bowl bursting with colors, flavors, and textures—all coming together in perfect harmony. That’s Bibimbap for you, the Korean dish that turns a simple bowl of rice into a culinary masterpiece! 🍚🥢

INGREDIENTS 🥕

  1. Rice
  2. Egg
  3. Kimchi
  4. Korean Sesame Oil
  5. Vegetables: Carrots, Spinach, Bean Sprouts, Mushrooms
  6. Spicy Sauce Ingredients: Onion, Ground Beef, Korean Chili Paste (Gochujang), Sugar, Garlic, White Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS ✅

  1. Boil the bean sprouts in boiling water for about one minute, then cover the pot and turn off the heat.
  2. In a pan, heat some oil and stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and stir-fry until softened, then mix in Korean sesame oil and set aside.

(Repeat the same process for the carrots and shiitake mushrooms.)

  1. Spicy Meat Sauce: In a pan, stir-fry onion and garlic, then add ground beef, white pepper, sugar, Korean chili paste (Gochujang), and sesame oil. Stir-fry until well mixed and cooked through.
  2. Fry the egg to your desired doneness and set aside.
  3. Place a layer of rice at the bottom of a bowl. Arrange the prepared ingredients on top of the rice, add the spicy meat sauce and kimchi, and finally place the fried egg on top. Enjoy!
