Gyudon

INGREDIENTS
1.Taiwan Rice
2.Sliced Beef (such as thinly sliced ribeye or sukiyaki beef)
3.Onion
4.Green onion
5.Soy Sauce
6.Sugar
7.Water

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Cook Taiwan rice and set it aside.
2.Cook a soft-boiled egg and set it aside.
3.Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat and add the sliced onion and sauté until softened.
4.Add the soy sauce, sugar, and water to the pan, and stir to combine and add the sliced beef and cook until the beef is done (about 3-5 minutes).
5.Finally, Pour the cooked beef, onions and egg over the rice. Enjoy!
